Before settling permanently in the North, I lived in two worlds for years: during the week, I taught at Stockholm University, where I assisted doctors and professors, among others, with their language acquisition. But every weekend, I was drawn back – traveling hundreds of kilometers north by train to where my heart belongs.

Today, this passion for Lapland and my decades of experience as a lecturer flow directly into my courses.

We believe in the right balance between intensive learning and true relaxation. Your stay is structured so that you can settle in before the lessons with Stefan begin.

Saturday: Welcome to the North – Individual arrival and check-in at your room in the holiday home.

Monday to Friday: Your Language Course with Stefan – We guarantee an intensive learning week tailored exactly to your level.
- Advanced (B1–C1): Usually Monday to Thursday (09:00 – 14:00) and Friday (09:00 – 12:00).
- Beginners (A1–A2): We distribute the hours more gently across all 5 days to give you enough time to process what you've learned.
- Note: Stefan adjusts the exact daily times individually based on the dynamics and level of your group.
Friday Afternoon: The Grand Finale – At 12:00 PM, we celebrate your learning success together! We invite you to a traditional Swedish buffet directly at Hotell Storforsen. While we feast, we enjoy the view of the powerful Storforsen rapids – the perfect place to reflect on the week.
Saturday: Hejdå! – Departure at your leisure or the start of your individual extension.

💡 Good to know: This schedule serves as a guideline. Since Stefan places great importance on providing the best possible support, course times can be flexible throughout the week. The community aspect is important to us: All adjustments are always made in mutual consultation with Stefan and the entire group to ensure the planning fits perfectly for every participant.

Included Services:

7 Nights Accommodation: You will stay in a private, cozy bedroom in one of our typically Swedish holiday homes.
Common Areas: You share the spacious kitchen, living room, and bathrooms with your like-minded course participants – perfect for practicing together!
Language Course Included: All fees for Stefan as well as the required teaching materials are already included.
Culinary Highlight: The large Swedish buffet on Friday afternoon at Hotel Storforsen is our invitation to you.
Comfort Service: Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning are included. You don’t have to worry about a thing.

Do you have a specific week in mind that isn't shown above? Since Stefan also works as a tour guide in Stockholm alongside our courses, individual dates are limited but often possible.

📋 Prices & Booking Details

Since we calculate our language trips individually, the costs depend on the number of participants and your chosen holiday home. You can find our current benchmark values here:

1. The Language Course (per person)

With 2 participants: € 735
From 3 participants: € 600 – Secure the group advantage and save over €130!

2. Accommodation (7 nights per person)

The price depends on the chosen season and the type of house:

Standard: from € 305
High Season / Premium: up to € 815

Booking Process & Security

We keep the booking process as simple and secure as possible for you:

Your Non-binding Registration: As soon as you decide on a date, we will provisionally reserve your spot and your preferred house.
Course Confirmation & Deposit: Only once the minimum number of 2 participants for your date has been reached will we send you your binding booking confirmation and the invoice for the deposit (€ 200). This is due within 10 days.
Final Payment: The final calculation (based on the group size) takes place approximately 4 weeks before the start of the trip. The remaining balance is due no later than 20 days before arrival.
Cancellation by the Guest: Should you need to cancel after the deposit has been made, we will retain it as a processing fee. In return, we will send the course books directly to your home.
Exclusive Option: If you should be the only participant, we will inform you in good time. You can then decide whether to switch to another date or conduct the course as exclusive one-on-one coaching (by covering the costs for two participants).
Package Booking: Our language trips are calculated as weekly arrangements (Saturday to Saturday). This includes 7 nights' accommodation and the 5-day intensive course.
Early Departure: Should you need to depart early for personal reasons (e.g., flight times), this is of course possible. Please note, however, that in this case, no pro-rata refund of the course or rental price can be provided.
